Working with Meridian Energy has been one of the most rewarding projects we have done to date.
It’s not easy for a service provider to build a highly engaged social media presence, but Meridian Energy were up for it! Backchat Media supported the Meridian Digital team in the development of their social media strategy, including developing and implementing all training for customer service, marketing, legal and executive teams and developing a comprehensive business plan to support the organisation’s foray into the social media sphere.
Now the Meridian Energy team have a great Facebook page that’s ticking along nicely! We can’t wait to see what’s next!
