Backchat Media has worked with Optus Sport since 2018 to develop and build the OTT product’s social & performance media strategy.
The Backchat team work as advisors to key areas of the Optus Sport business, including overseeing the media buying, product analytics and social media strategies. As part of this working relationship, Backchat is responsible for new customer acquisition via digital channels.
Backchat is proud to have worked closely with Optus Sport throughout a number of major tournaments including EURO2020 and the Women’s World Cup.
Key highlights include Optus Sport winning the Sportspro OTT Social Media awards in 2021.
