Mel Lee

is the Strategic Director and founded the business at 24. Is obsessive passionate about everything to do with digital innovation and can often be found working into the wee hours trying to start a t-shirt company or build an app in her spare time. Mel has created social media strategies for some of the biggest brands in the world.


Carlie Sullivan

is the Creative Director and knows her stuff about social, content production and footy. Carls is happiest when working with a creative team to produce top-notch content, presenting a well thought through campaign plan to a client, or yelling swear words at an Essendon game.


Andy Pickering

is the General Manager of our Auckland office and has a collection of kicks to rival any sneaker head. AP’s the driving force behind our quickly growing network of personal brands and influencers and has already got two magazine startups and a political campaign under his (leather) belt.


Nic Reade

is our Senior Social Strategist and has a wealth of knowledge that comes from working in London, Auckland, Australia and beyond (and also having two young children and dance moves like jagger). Nic loves to roll up her sleeves and some of the campaigns she has worked on in the past have the rest of the team in complete awe!


Anastasia Levina

is the Digital Marketing Manager and is fondly referred to as the team ‘ninja’ when it comes to running client social advertising campaigns. Her ability to optimise campaigns and drown out the competition makes her a force to be reckoned with. Oh, and should we mention she’s got her gun license too? The perfect combination!


Jared Pollock

is the Junior Content Executive and supports the team to look after community management, content writing and building and running social media campaigns. Originally he was gunning for the nickname ‘J-Slayer’ but now he’s affectionately known as ‘Jard’ both around the office and with his clients.
